Atto3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the atto3 platform. By registering or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
The atto3 Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the user and the platform. The latest version will always be displayed on this page.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the atto3 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. This platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. atto3 reserves the right to refuse registration or restrict access to any individual without providing a reason, at the platform's sole discretion.
Users who register and use atto3 services acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with online betting and entertainment activities. The platform is not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of its services. Use of this platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Access to the atto3 platform is restricted to users located in jurisdictions where online entertainment and betting activities are permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all local laws and regulations applicable in their location.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the atto3 platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balance. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. atto3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Users must provide their full legal name, an active phone number, and valid payment information when registering. False or misleading information constitutes a terms violation and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, including their username and password. atto3 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of login information to third parties.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the atto3 support team immediately. Users are encouraged to use a strong password and to never share their account details with anyone, including family members or friends.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users agree to use the atto3 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software or methods to access or manipulate the platform
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
- Conducting money laundering activities through the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Registering using another person's identity without their consent
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Threatening, harassing, or infringing on the rights of other users
Atto3 continuously monitors activity on the platform. Any confirmed violation may result in immediate action without prior notice, including temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
Payments, Transactions & MYR Fund Policy
All transactions on the atto3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and valid. atto3 is not liable for any delays or failures in payment processing caused by incorrect user information or issues with third-party payment providers.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within a timeframe that depends on the selected payment method. For methods such as DuitNow and Boost, credits are typically processed instantly. For bank transfers, the process may take up to one business day.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the terms set for each payment method. atto3 reserves the right to request full identity verification before approving a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. This is a standard security measure to protect both users and the platform against fraud.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms of use displayed alongside each offer. atto3 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of offer conditions.
- All amounts in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the payment method
- Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name
- Funds cannot be transferred between different user accounts
- Atto3 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers
Account Policies, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Atto3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. Users may close their own account by contacting the support team, subject to the resolution of all pending transactions. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete, provided no violations are confirmed.
Platform Liability Limits
Atto3 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or operate without interruption. The platform is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond the platform's control. atto3's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the relevant incident.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the atto3 platform are the exclusive property of atto3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent. The platform may contain links to third-party websites — atto3 is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Atto3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the atto3 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
